What is this rash on my torso called? It looks like rosacea-? - rosacea rash
but I thought that only your face? No lamp is flat and small white spots. It is mostly around my waist to the bottom of my bra. Only a few scattered points in the region. Itchy as all get out. What do you think? What can I say?

Could you give us a photo ..... possibly, eczema, atopic dermatitis, lupus, or can also be an allergic reaction associated .. other conditions. If it is not obvious, I advise you to consult a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis .... some of the above conditions are immune problems ..
Sounds like a simple case of eczema or an allergic reaction, you think of something you eaten lately, or new or different. It could be the cause.
Use an ointment to it as the basis of cortisone, to see if it works, when they look worse, ask your doctor for pills or injections of cortisone.
