Besides the fact that Tom Cruise Joiner every year and maybe a cruise or two announced by a group such as the Urban League or a mega-church, the Princess Cruise Lines, Carnival, Norwegian and RC do not regularly "applied black" cruises.

I am able to travel one and can help.
The other was right ... not many "black" by SE cruises, advertising or sponsored by the cruise lines, cruise lines, but of course everything is varied. Seen from my experience of cruise passengers have more black on the carnival, but that can change from week to week. Here are some possibilities:

2. Create or join a group of predominantly black travelers. I have a few myself. We create a brochure. You can even stay for free when you use the word goes to the passengers enough.
